Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp protein powder (chocolate or vanilla works best)
2 tbsp natural yoghurt
1 tbsp muesli or LSA (linseed, soy and almond mix)
250 – 300ml cold water
Cinnamon to taste
Method:
- Put all ingredients in the blender and pulse for 20 seconds
- Pour into glass and top with cinnamon
