Peaches and Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 mangoes
4 ripe apricots
400 ml chilled organic soy milk
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Cinnamon to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and peel fruit
  2. Cut ingredients into small bite sized pieces
  3. Place into blender and add soy milk and vanilla essence
  4. Pulse for 20 seconds
  5. Pour into glasses and top with cinnamon

Serves 4
