Ingredients:
2 mangoes
4 ripe apricots
400 ml chilled organic soy milk
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Cinnamon to taste
Method:
- Wash and peel fruit
- Cut ingredients into small bite sized pieces
- Place into blender and add soy milk and vanilla essence
- Pulse for 20 seconds
- Pour into glasses and top with cinnamon
