Ingredients:
3 Granny Smith apples
2 celery stalks
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 capsicum
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
Method:
- Wash and peel apples before slicing into cubes
- Wash and peel celery stalks before slicing into bite sized pieces
- Wash and slice capsicum into bite sized pieces
- Combine apples, celery and capsicum with walnuts
- Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients together and lightly toss before serving immediately
