Apple Salad

Ingredients:

3 Granny Smith apples
2 celery stalks
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 capsicum
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Wash and peel apples before slicing into cubes
  2. Wash and peel celery stalks before slicing into bite sized pieces
  3. Wash and slice capsicum into bite sized pieces
  4. Combine apples, celery and capsicum with walnuts
  5. Combine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
  6. Combine all ingredients together and lightly toss before serving immediately

Serves 2 – 3
