Chicken Marsala

Ingredients:

180g skinless chicken
2 tbsp Garam Marsala spice mix
Sea Salt to taste
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp olive oil

Method:

  1. Coat chicken with olive oil, spice mix and salt
  2. Wrap inside foil and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 20 – 30 minutes
  3. Remove when fully cooked and serve with vegetables and rice
