Ingredients:
175gm roasted hazelnuts
400gm of 70% dark chocolate
200ml olive oil
* Optional: Coarse sea salt flakes
Method:
- Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler
- Turn off the heat and slowly add in olive oil and set aside
- Process roasted hazelnuts in a food processor (depending on your preference, you can leave the hazelnuts in larger pieces for a crunchier texture)
- Fold the crushed hazelnuts through the melted chocolate and add in coarse sea salt flakes as desired
- Enjoy as is or as an addition to pancakes, fresh fruit, and yoghurt
