Ingredients:
2 large green mangoes or 4 medium sized green mangoes
100ml milk (soy, almond, rice, A2)
Honey to taste
Method:
- Peel and remove seed from mangoes 2.
- Cut flesh into smaller chunks
- Soften mangoes by boiling in saucepan
- Remove from heat and use a fork to separate mango fibres
- Combine with honey and milk
- If a runnier consistency is required, add more milk of your choice
- Serve cold with crushed ice
