Rice Potato Pancakes

Ingredients:

Part A:

1/2 cup rice flour
1/3 cup potato flour
1/3 cup sea salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 to 1/2 cup rice milk

Part B:

1 1/2 tsp safflower oil
1 1/2 tsp rice milk
1 tsp baking powder

Method:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together
  2. Beat in rice milk
  3. Beat ingredients from ‘Part B’ and slowly add to dry ingredients
  4. Cook in a hot pain oiled with safflower oil

Serves 5-8
