We aim to make all products fresh and will endeavour to get them to you in perfect condition as soon as possible.
Given that these are natural products and the Australian weather can be somewhat extreme, please bear with us. If you notice any cream, lotion or balm splitting please don’t hesitate to contact us.
We will offer refunds only if the product has spoiled and is within the “best before” date. Please note that proof will need to be provided and refunds will only be issued to the same purchasing account.
For orders shipped Australia wide, we will use Express Post satchels (up to 500g). This will ensure that your goods are delivered as fast as possible with tracking available.
