Smoked Salmon with Dill and Cucumber

Ingredients:

4 pieces of Rye or spelt bread
1 tbsp of olive oil
200g smoked salmon
1 small tub of low fat natural yoghurt
1 Lebanese cucumber
Fresh dill

Method:

  1. Toast bread until golden and crispy
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Top bread with yoghurt and place smoked salmon on top
  4. Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh dill

Serves 4
