Ingredients:
4 pieces of Rye or spelt bread
1 tbsp of olive oil
200g smoked salmon
1 small tub of low fat natural yoghurt
1 Lebanese cucumber
Fresh dill
Method:
- Toast bread until golden and crispy
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Top bread with yoghurt and place smoked salmon on top
- Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh dill
