Ingredients:
180 g chicken
1 onion
1 green capsicum
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp of chilli sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Wooden skewers
Method:
- Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning
- Wash chicken and slice into cubes
- Chop onion finely then set aside
- Remove stalks from capsicum and slice into wedges
- Crush garlic
- Combine garlic with onions, chilli sauce and soy sauce
- Combine mixture with chicken cubes and stir thoroughly
- Carefully place chicken cubes onto skewer alternating with capsicum and cherry tomatoes
- Cook in a pan, BBQ or under grill until chicken is cooked
