Soy and Garlic Kebabs

Ingredients:

180 g chicken
1 onion
1 green capsicum
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp of chilli sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Wooden skewers

Method:

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning
  2. Wash chicken and slice into cubes
  3. Chop onion finely then set aside
  4. Remove stalks from capsicum and slice into wedges
  5. Crush garlic
  6. Combine garlic with onions, chilli sauce and soy sauce
  7. Combine mixture with chicken cubes and stir thoroughly
  8. Carefully place chicken cubes onto skewer alternating with capsicum and cherry tomatoes
  9. Cook in a pan, BBQ or under grill until chicken is cooked

Serves 3 – 4
