Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
200 g tofu
50 g broccoli
50 g cauliflower
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup water
Method:
- Pour oil into wok and heat
- Crush garlic and add to heat
- Add cauliflower, tofu and broccoli
- Add water and continue to stir
- Continue to stir whilst on heat for approximately 4 minutes
- Remove from heat and serve immediately with rice or noodles
- Season with soy sauce and chilli to taste
